Please review the terms below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns Window: Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition with undamaged packaging, tags attached, and include the original, valid tax invoice.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, custom printed silicone caps including but not limited to parkas, and towel gowns, are non-returnable.
Please ensure you are ordering the correct size & style of racer / goggles as there are no returns on these products.
- Handling Fee: A 10% handling fee applies to all returned items.
- Customer Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Faulty Items: Returns due to faults are eligible for an exchange or refund only if:
- The item was used according to the intended purpose and product instructions.
- A technical assessment by a specialist confirms the fault.
- SwimMaster Pty Ltd reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product as deemed appropriate.
- Repairs: If a repair is necessary, the customer will be quoted upfront for any courier costs & the repair.
Items must be returned in a hygienic condition for repair services.
Courier Delivery
- Standard Courier: Delivery is estimated between 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to any address in South Africa.
- Pudo Delivery: Delivery is estimated between 3 to 4 business days for delivery to main cities in South Africa.
- Remote Locations: For outlying areas requiring third-party couriers, an additional 2 business days may be necessary. SwimMaster reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines, and methods, or cancel orders if delivery to a specific location proves unfeasible.
- Address Changes: Once your order is confirmed, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
- Authorized Recipients: Please indicate authorized recipients in the “Notes” field when placing your order. A valid ID will be required upon delivery.
- Security Seal: All parcels are sealed with tape. If this seal is broken, please:
- Inspect the parcel with the courier and photograph any damages or missing items on the waybill, co-signed by both parties.
- Alternatively, you may refuse delivery and note the reason on the waybill, co-signed by both parties.
SwimMaster Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at its discretion.
