Free Delivery Policy
Orders over R1,500 qualify for free delivery with Pudo, except for customers in high-risk areas, including East London.

Courier Options and Pricing

• The Courier Guy (1-2 Business Days)
  • Standard: R150.00 (Excludes Port Elizabeth, any High Risk areas,  including East London)
  • East London & High-Risk Areas: R230.00
• Pudo Delivery (3-5 Business Days)
  • Standard: R100.00 (High-Risk Areas require a minimum order of R1,500)
• Local Pickup
  • Free pickup available at our store.

Bulky deliveries will incur charges based on volumetric weight, calculated in accordance with The Courier Guy’s standards. Customers will be advised of costs prior to dispatch.

Refund & Returns Policy
We value your satisfaction. Please review our refund and return terms:

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility:
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition with undamaged packaging, tags attached, and accompanied by the original valid tax invoice.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized items, custom-printed silicone caps, parkas, towel gowns, and certain swimwear (racer/goggles) are non-returnable. Please ensure the correct size and style before purchase.
• Handling Fee:
  • A 10% handling fee applies to all returned items.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items

• Faulty items are eligible for exchange or refund if:
  • The item was used as per its intended purpose and instructions.
  • A technical assessment confirms the fault.
• SwimMaster reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product as deemed appropriate.
• Items must be returned in a hygienic condition for repair services.
• Any courier costs for repairs will be quoted upfront.

Courier Delivery

• Standard Delivery:
  • • 2-3 business days to most locations in South Africa
    • Pudo Delivery:
      • 3-4 business days to main cities.

Remote Locations:

• Additional 2 business days may be required for outlying areas. SwimMaster reserves the right to adjust timelines or cancel orders if delivery to a specific location is not feasible.

Address Changes:

• Changes cannot be made once the order is confirmed.
• Authorized Recipients:
  • Specify authorized recipients in the “Notes” section when ordering. A valid ID is required for delivery.
• • Parcel Inspection:

All parcels are sealed with tape. If the seal is broken:

• Inspect the parcel with the courier and note any damages/missing items on the waybill (signed by both parties).
• Alternatively, refuse delivery and indicate the reason on the waybill (signed by both parties).

SwimMaster PTY (Ltd)  reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at its discretion.
